Most of the staff were superbly friendly and exceptionally nice. The standard queen room was vintage with a huge toilet. The free parking was on site, very good service.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location is perfect - just a 10-minute walk from the city center, so it's close enough to easily access everything but far enough to avoid the noise and crowds. The hotel is nestled inside a beautiful garden, surrounded by nature, which creates a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was outstanding. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and had all the basic amenities I needed, including air conditioning to keep me cool during the hot days. this hotel truly provided great value for money.
I didn't encounter any major issues during my stay. Everything was okay and met my expectations.

Upon my recent stay at Pai Flora Resort, I was pleasantly surprised by the charming and quaint ambiance of the property. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel safe and well taken care of. The rooms were immaculate and the beds comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The communal space was thoughtfully designed with water refill and coffee facilities, complimentary snacks, and a delicious breakfast. The fast internet and good bathroom facilities were a bonus. I must also mention the kind gesture of the staff member who went out of his way to personally take me on his moped to the bus station when a taxi was unavailable, refusing any payment for his generosity. I had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay at Pai Flora Resort again!
While my stay at Pai Flora Resort was mostly positive, there were a couple of instances that left me disappointed. The first was when the host abruptly switched off the lights in the common area while I was working, which was quite rude.

Staying in a humble cabin surrounded by nature was a great escape from the city chaos. the location being a bit away from the main walking street offered peace and tranquility. the cute old-style cottages and nicely maintained garden created a pretty setting.
The lack of blankets in the cold winter nights made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Spacious room with comfortable bed and clean sheets. . Good location near the airport and bus station, just a short walk away. Staff was friendly and able to communicate in English.
Limited reception hours, opens from 7am-8pm. . Inaccurate timing for the opening hour, but closing time was prompt.

Spent my New Year's break at this resort and had a great time! Really enjoyed the spacious rooms and the quiet location. the staff was super friendly, and breakfast was fresh and tasty. One of the things I liked best about this place was its close proximity to all the key attractions in the area. the beds were really comfy which made for a great night's sleep.
The bathroom was a bit dated, but that's not a big deal for me since it was clean and functional. the room was a bit chilly and when we asked for an extra blanket, they asked us for extra money which I didn't appreciate.
